Welcome to LINO POS, a mobile Point of Sale (POS) application developed and owned by AFRISOFT GHANA (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the LINO POS mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
The LINO POS App is designed to help small and medium businesses manage sales transactions, generate invoices, and manage inventory.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
2. Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscription and Payments
Some features of the App may require payment or subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

AFRISOFT GHANA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

You may stop using the App at any time.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the App.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
